Clothing Closets open their doors to students

Two clothing closets stocked with a variety of clothing available to students in need or dealing with emergency situations are available at the Gowanda Central School District for the 2018-2019 academic year.

The closets are stocked with pants, shirts, jackets, sweaters and more in a wide range of sizes. One is located in the high school building and is accessible to students in grades 5 to 12, and the other is located in the elementary school building and is accessible to students in Pre-Kindergarten through fourth grade.

If your child is in need, please have them see their building social worker, who will be able to assist them confidentially with access to the closet. To inquire, call (716) 532-3325 then contact either high school social worker Robyn Stanley at ext. 6012; middle school social worker Briana Postle at ext. 5101; or elementary social worker Carmen Muscarella at ext. 4176.
